Zero growth or firmness. Used religiously just as described- I even stopped all caffeine because it hinders product supposedly. Still floppy, saggy, pancakes that don’t even fill up my A cup bra’s.

Ive been on for 3 Weeks now & I was feeling but wasn't really seeing results. Not to mention throughout the day my boobs didnt seem as full as they were right after waking up in morning. There can't be the same results for different people. Personally, I was very disappointed when I did not see any increase in first 4 months. After that, I added their breast cream to my program, started breast exercises and noticed first changes one month later.
